In addition to his practice of insurance law and securities law, Mr. Borger Gilligan is also the current president-elect of the North American Securities Administrators Association. Borger Gilligan is the ex-assistant commissioner of the Securities Division of the State of Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance. He is an expert in federal securities matters and has worked closely with regulators, including the Securities and Exchange Commission and FINRA.
